Here at OnlyFinance Recruitment we are looking for a hands on Finance Manager to compliment our clients existing team in Cheshire. You don’t need formal accounting qualifications but if you have in place AAT that would be great! What matters most is practical experience, good judgement, and the confidence to own the numbers day-to-day whilst bolstering moral in the small finance/purchasing team.

This is a broad, all-round role where you’ll be trusted to keep the finances running smoothly while supporting better decisions across the business and reporting into the Finance Director.

Your core responsibilities on a part time basis (2-3 days)

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping and finance operations
Preparing monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasts
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable
Running payroll and pension processes
Handling VAT returns and liaising with external accountants
