Our network spans the whole system

We are constantly searching for suitable candidates to join our talent pool, and stay in regular contact with our interim leaders — so we understand their suitability, experience and availability, and can respond quickly when you need support.

Interim FAQs

How do you make sure candidates are safe to work in schools?

Safeguarding is non-negotiable. Every interim we work with is fully vetted, including references, an enhanced DBS check, and right-to-work verification in line with KCSiE. No one begins an assignment until all checks are complete.

Candidates can be paid either through your payroll on a fixed-term contract, or via a flexible daily rate that we process. We’ll explain both routes clearly and help you choose the right one for your situation.

Interim assignments are flexible. Some last a few weeks, others for months, and they can be full or part-time. We’ll discuss the expected duration with you at the outset and review it as the work progresses.
